University of Waterloo Candidate for Bachelor in Computer Science

- Utilized React Native to implement a multi-platform app that allows user to watch and record acting videos that interact with other user's videos.
- Constructed a video streaming system using S3 and Content Delivery Network to deliver over 100GB of videos at low latency to users around the world
- Published the app to Google Play Store and Apple Store, growing to 1000 monthly active users.
- Developed a fully functional backend Postgres database for storage of audio, user data and images

• Designed an application that allows expenses to be tracked, split and settled for groups of people either living together or on a trip
• Employed object-oriented programming techniques with Swift and gained hands-on experience in implementing the Model View Controller design pattern at application scale

• Implemented rotational physics and allowed for pixel-by-pixel collision to revamp the original game mechanic
• Used dynamic assignment for position of sprites for better control over motion and convenience in debugging
